As soon as a package is scanned, the recipient is notified on the channels you choose in your company settings: email, text, SAFESTATUS® mobile push, Desktop Alerts, Microsoft Teams, Slack or Zoom. If the package isn't picked up, reminders go out automatically until it is.

Employees pick up the packages they've been notified about at a tablet station and mark them as received. Turn on signature capture when you need a record of who collected each package. Run as many mailrooms and pickup stations as you need.
